The Madison County Central Dispatch Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days

a year, and dedicated to the safety of our community through teamwork and problem-solving

partnerships, providing excellent service with dignity and respect.


MISSION STATEMENT:

Madison County Central Dispatch provides the connection between the public and the

emergency responders of Madison County, in a professional, expeditious, and empathetic

manner.


VISION STATEMENT:

We will maintain the critical infrastructure entrusted to us, while embracing and adapting to

innovative technology. Through training and teamwork, we will work to become a leading

dispatch agency.

Public Compliments & Complaints

MCCD management staff welcomes all feedback from the public. Any citizen wanting to pass along a compliment or report a complaint may send an email to 911director@madisoncounty.in.gov


Public Education & Community Outreach

MCCD provides public education and community outreach services for citizens desiring to learn about the E911 system for the county with a special focus geared toward children. MCCD partners with all countywide public safety agencies when requested highlighting the life-saving services provided daily by the department and its staff. Requests for Madison County Central Dispatch to provide community outreach support can be emailed to 911director@madisoncounty.in.gov


Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Records Request

Continuous digital recordings are made of all radio and telephone communications of agencies servicing Madison County. Audio Recordings will be maintained by Madison County Central Dispatch for a period of three years. Please submit public records request to dispatchrecords@madisoncounty.in.gov
