Human Resources
Human Resources plans, implements, and coordinates personnel policies and procedures to comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. They assist with issues related to new personnel; establish and coordinate personnel policies and procedures; maintain job classification systems; assist with benefit programs; and mediate employee problem resolution.

Complaint Procedures:
Madison County has established a discrimination complaint procedure and will take prompt and reasonable action to investigate and eliminate discrimination when found. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with the Madison County Title VI/ADA Coordinator within ninety (90) days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
