The Sheriff’s Department serves approximately 133,000 residents of Madison County Indiana. Madison County is located thirty miles northeast of Indianapolis Indiana and covers 450 square miles. Our mission is to provide the highest quality public safety services in an effort to make Madison County a safe environment to live and grow.
