Our mission is to ensure voter rights through unbiased processing of registration records and
proper safeguarding of voter data.

What We Do
Our office processes all registrations for Madison County, including the filing of new
applications, updating names or addresses, and mailing notices to inform voters of their
registration status.
Other tasks include:

Maintaining the voter registration database on behalf of Madison County

Creating various reports involving voter registration statistics

Responding to inquiries from the public

Certifying signatures on candidate petitions

Preparing the electronic poll books for election day

Assisting polling places with registration issues during an election
Things To Note

Registration forms should be fully completed, which includes answering the citizenship affirmation question and age affirmation question.
