Searching and Printing Documents

The Madison County Recorder’s Office is happy to report we have all deeds and miscellaneous documents available to search electronically. All documents in our system are indexed back to 1958 and most are available by book in page before then. The Madison County Recorder’s Staff will not search public records or give any legal opinions. If you know the recording information, you may request copies from our office by walking in or calling our office. To search on your own, we have four options to search with.

Public Search Terminals:

You may come in and use one of our public access computers during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. One of our staff members will help get you started on the search if you are not already familiar with the Laredo system.
